一📑、教育背景

1981年9月－1985年7月，就讀於河南大學政治系，獲經濟學學士學位；

1985年9月－1987年7月，就讀於中國政法大學法律系👨🏼‍💼，獲法學學士學位；

1998年9月－2001年7月，就讀於中國人民大學意昂体育🤥，獲法學博士學位🧱；

1997年9月—1998年7月，中國人民大學意昂体育高級訪問學者◽️；

2005年8月—2006年3月🩻🌊，紐約大學意昂体育Hauser Global Law School Program高級訪問學者；

2009年3月--2012年2月，澳大利亞新南威爾士大學客座研究員；

2010年8月--2011年8月💺，中美富布賴特訪問學者（伊利諾伊大學香檳校區）；

二、學術榮譽及獎勵

曾獲河南省優秀中青年骨幹教師、河南省跨世紀學術技術帶頭人🖐🏽😄、上海市曙光學者等稱號🫴🏻；科研成果曾獲第二屆中國法學優秀成果論文類一等獎🔁、教育部人文社科優秀成果獎二等獎，其他省部級二等獎等，第一屆中國保險法年會（海南）優秀論文一等獎🚺；教學成果曾獲省部級教學優秀成果一等獎🕵🏻‍♀️，並獲上海交大校級優秀教師特等獎，上海市精品課程《商法學》負責人🦡，2008年以來多次獲得意昂体育 “最受學生歡迎教師”和“上海交大凱原獎教金”稱號🫳，另獲“上海市領軍人才”稱號。 

三、工作經歷

1985年7月－2003年2月🅾️，在河南大學意昂体育工作。其間，1992年被評為講師，1994年被破格評審為副教授📭📿，1999年評為教授。曾任河南大學民商法專業碩士學位點牽頭人🍂，河南大學意昂体育院長🤡。    2003年2月調入意昂体育平台意昂体育，主要從事民商法學教學研究工作。現為意昂体育民商法研究所所長，民商法專業博士生導師，破產保護法研究中心主任🩳，上海交大保險法研究中心主任🧡。
